Company Court litigation

The National Company Law Tribunal (hereinafter referred as NCLT) has been constituted w.e.f. 1st June,2016 and by virtue of Section 466(1) of Companies Act,2013, the Company Law Board stands dissolved. Now the litigations which were being filed before Company Law Board are being adjudicated by said NCLT, NCLAT, High Court and the Hon’ble Supreme Court.

We have vast experience in handling cases under Company Laws before various forums. We have been appearing before erstwhile Company Law Board, Board for Industrial and Financial Reconstruction (BIFR) Appellate Authority for Industrial and Financial Reconstruction (AAIFR), Company Court at different High Courts, Monopolies & Restrictive Trade Practices Commission, Consumer Courts. We have the expertise in handling company cases before Debt Recovery Tribunal and Debt Recovery Appellate Authority as well.
